Begins well...

Any additional comments?

I gave this 2 stars because I really like the first 2 chapters. They are relaxing and calming to listen to, especially to fall asleep to. But the 'affirmations' in later chapters go overboard. It starts sounding like a look into the mind of a psychopath. I was uncomfortable with them.
