The irony is I started to overthink this review, and I chose to shift, thanks to the content. The 13 tips spread throughout tied it together nicely. I really liked the way she addressed negative self-talk as that is probably my biggest challenge. If I had one criticism, it would be that there was a lot of information in the conclusion and I felt much of it was too valuable to be where she placed it, but it was not enough reason to take a star away. If you are still thinking about getting this book, maybe your best first step is to stop thinking about it and get it.

I enjoyed listening to this, although it hits close to home. The author explores the misconceptions that surround overthinking, making it easier to understand just what overthinking is. The way the author tackled the topic of self-talk was the most important part of this book for me. I suffer from moments of debilitating self-talk, and getting a guide for handling that is always welcome.

This is a good book to listen to multiple times; as there is always something new to discover with every listen.

This book couldn’t come at a better time! Overthinking, anxiety and stress seem to have become a part of life. This book has been great, full of so many useful tips and strategies to stop my thoughts and feelings escalating. With the help of this book I am trying to focus on the positives and am able to recognise the warning signs of overthinking and negativity creeping in! Fab book

Overthinking is a menace associated with depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. People who think can be paralyzed by their worries, and it is only very expedient that this growing challenge be nipped in the bud. This book has graciously done this by providing tips to help improve your life and stop dwelling on the past and set up for success
I have personally found such healing tips as cultivating a positive mindset, practicing mindfulness to quiet the mind, and cultivating an attitude of gratitude very instructive. I believe that every reader will greatly benefit from this book as I have also. A GREAT TRANSFORMATIONAL BOOK.
