This book provided great information on something I think most of us overlook. A lot of us may be addicted and not even realize it, you don't have to be a blackout drunk to be addicted. The effects on your body and overall health take a hit with poor drinking habits. After listening to this I am definitely considering going with the zero alcohol revolution, honestly drinking has lost it's luster anyways and you need to get over what others think of you not drinking. Worth a listen for sure!

I really enjoyed listening and relating to the personal story of Philip Roberts in this audiobook. He provided practical tips to overcome one of the hardest addiction battles, and knowing someone personally, that struggles with alcoholism, I felt that the importance of mindset and control really resonated with what they find difficult. I'm looking forward to applying some of the techniques suggested in this audiobook with them.

I just finished Dry Jan and knew I needed serious encouragement to complete my month without drinking. This audiobook gave me the insight to change my mindset and not only change my drinking habits for last month but for the rest of my life. The author gives you hard facts that many of us look beyond when we have that after-work drink or a drink after a long day. The author is empathetic, relatable, and exactly what I needed to make the changes in my life. A sincerely good listen!

In May 2020, I found myself buying bottles of wine due to the lockdown. Months later, I realised I had developed a habit of reaching for a glass of wine every evening.
In 2021, I changed my mindset and started new Heath habits such as meditation, and reduced my alcohol intake.
This book is inspiring and helped me understand that I have an unhealthy relationship with alcohol, and even drinking in moderation, alcohol can harm our health.
