I bought this audio book because I wanted to break my habit of drinking half a bottle of wine a night as I felt I deserved it after a hard day at work.
I listened to it all in one go and simply haven't wanted to open a bottle of wine since even on holiday. I don't even think about it. I enjoy a glass or two if I am out with friends if I feel like it but not always. I am completely amazed at what has happened and it's lovely to get up with a clear head after a good sleep and not the constant arguments with myself about how I must stop drinking every night.
