This was free on Amazon music and until they started dictating what order you can play tracks in, I listened to it every night there. For me it works and keeps me on the right track not to make bad unhealthy choices. Listen every night without fail and you’ll notice the difference.

I’m amazed to say that it’s worked ? I’m mainly asleep when this is on but … I’m not snacking anymore? It’s true! So for me … this is brilliant :)

this has really poor sound quality. the music overpowers the narrators voice, and she slurs her speech, which got on my nerves when listening. I felt this was a waste of money and after listening only once didn't want to listen again.
