It wasn’t long before the feisty YT-1300 freighter went from shuttling cargo to smuggling contraband. But it‘s a fateful rendezvous on Coruscant, at the explosive height of the Republic/Separatist uprising, that launches a galaxywide cat-and-mouse game whose newest players are Han, Leia, Allana, and C-3PO. And they’re not alone: Crime lords, galactic pirates, rogue politicians, and fortune hunters alike loom at every turn of the quest–each with his or her own desperate stake in the Millennium Falcon’s most momentous mission. Through the years and across the stars, from the Rim worlds to unknown points beyond, the race will lead them all to a final standoff for a prize some will risk everything to find–and pay any cost to possess. good story not to sure how this fits into canon but enjoyed non the less

Might be my phone but this was not quite ruined by a lot of audio glitches. I haven't tried deleting a re-downloading it so I can't be sure. I'd be interested to know if anyone else had the same problem. Other than that it was quite an interesting story that I finished listening to on the day that the real Princess Leia died.

What did you like most about Star Wars?

If there is any writer that should be brought onboard for the next Star Wars Movie. It`s James Luceno. He writes this universe like he grew up in it. That`s it, a writer who see`s the characters and fully fleshes them out. R A Salvatore does this to. They could make it be great again.

What other book might you compare Star Wars to, and why?

All his work and R A Salvatore`s too could make the next Star Wars installment incredible.

What does Marc Thompson bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

He has the voices down cold and I believe he is the characters as he flits between them.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The whole passing the baton of a ship that has served well to it`s beloved owner from generation to generation. The Falcon is Star War`s version of an Enterprise.

Any additional comments?

If there is anything in the Galaxy that I could own. It would be a YT1300 Correllian freighter. New of the production line ready to have adventures.
