About this listen

For those who are seeking a path of simplicity, not bound by the trappings of spiritual practice, Adyashanti brings a fresh and humble approach to Zen wisdom. "Don't think that awakening is the end," teaches Adyashanti. "Awakening is the end of seeking, the end of the seeker, but it is the beginning of a life lived from your true nature."

The most “real” spiritual book I have listened to so far. Made me feel human again in all of my human imperfections. Best description of what is the ultimate meditative state as well as the objective. I am certain J. Kabt-Zin would highly approve :-) made me feel human again. Never felt so ok to not know anything and to be totally confused!! Thank you!!! Excited to listen to the rest of your books!!! Best part was “quit looking for something cause there ain’t nothing to find” love, love, love it! Can say so much more at the same time enjoying the silence in my life again :-)))))

Wow!

Adyashanti is the only person I've listened to that doesn't fat shame other religions/faiths. It is so refreshing to listen to someone who has found his own path and who sees the value that the different religions have without pinning his flag to any of them.

For anyone who is a true seeker or for those who are just interested this is a good book.

Very good, nonjudgemental book
