Soothing and beautiful

I have some difficulties to fall asleep, need something to calm me down.
used to listen to boring readers/ performers, but these soundbites are much, much more pleasant.

Beautiful nature sounds to help you relax

This worked well for managing my tinnitus. I've struggled a while with sharp peeping in my ears, but this took my mind of it and transported me outdoors.
The Waterfall episode was a little too strong and loud for me, but the Rainforest was perfect! I loved the dripping sounds of water, and the wind in the trees.
Really wishing for more of these!

Actually works!

Have had quite a few sleepless nights of late and when we do both nod off our cars wake us up! This has sent us both off to sleep especially the Cape Cod Seashore one!

Depends on you

For me Cape Cod and the Rainforest work really well but the waterfall not so much. Really it depends on you and how you react to sounds that's why there's 4 of them to choose from.

as i remember these beaches

I lived in the area, on a boat, and this recording evokes the feelings and time space I had back then. I use this to do sterile admin work. I go in evening time, alone and put this on my earphones. An evening not wasted.
