About this listen

Gentle sounds and movements of the train lull you into a peaceful sleep.

Thirty minute guided meditation begins with 12 minutes of guided imagery, followed by peaceful train sounds.

Take a quiet evening walk to an quaint country train depot. Board an old train and spend the night in your own private compartment, as the sound and motion of the train gently lulls you into a peaceful sleep. The narration fades out, and the train sounds continue, giving you plenty of time to drift off into dreamland.

Sleep well tonight with this gentle guided meditation!

This begins with a story of about fifteen minutes as one goes to the station and it leads to a sleepy wind down in the train which is brilliantly scripted. Train noises sneak in during the latter part of the story and are the only thing for the last forty five minutes. These always rock me to sleep. I have to have the voice a bit too loud in order for the latter train sounds to be sufficiently audible as they sneak in but it's the only way to avoid waking oneself up as the initial story ends to adjust the volume. A minor irritation. I listen to this a lot as I love the narrator's style and voice plus the added lengthy repetitive train sounds. Highly recommended.
