I've found the whole series (with the exception of one - the rain on the pots) brilliant for dozing off to. Sienna Miller's voice is suitably soothing and engaging to start with so it distracts me from the many thoughts and frustrations swimming round in my head. But once she's got my attention I always snooze before she's finished. The tracks complete with just the background sounds.
Perfect.
Note: set timer to end at end of Chapter so that they don't all just play while you sleep.

I've listened to all the "Sleep sound" episodes buy the winter cabin is definitely my type of sound and my favourite. Out of all of them this one just sends me off to a wonderful peaceful and deep sleep. Please can we have more Winter, Christmas sleep sounds maybe something magical. Im off now to listen to my favourite episode AGAIN....Winter Cabin
