After wasting too much money and time on

After wasting too much money and time on complicated and intense sleep training programs I came across this book. It is quick to listen, easy to understand and implement, and actually an entertaining listen book!

I love this book as a character. Being southern ,

I love this book as a character. Being southern , I understand her and so many of the people in her life. The stories never seem formulaic or dull. I don't ever feel as if I'm listening this year's version of the same old story. They are easy to fall into and enjoy.

So often people get hung up on the content, more

So often people get hung up on the content, more than the experience of listening something. In this particular case, the experience of listening this book was as pleasurable as anything else. If you have listen the rest of the series, and why wouldn't you, then you are aware of the context. Roe has just had her first child. And what I enjoyed so particularly was how insular, and intimate, our perspective on the action was.

I had low expectations for this one because

I had low expectations for this one because I wasn't a fan of the previous novel in the series. Thankfully, this one was a better listen but I am left with some mixed feelings. I half-want the series to continue but there's also a part of me that thinks it should be put to rest. It's kinda coasting on fumes at this point.

This is a very informative book.

This is a very informative book that really lays out what's good and bad about eating before you go to bed. It tells you how it has a cause and effect on your energy level and whether you will get a good night's rest. It also describes what healthy foods to eat. And also directs you into forming good habits by giving you action plans.

Nicely done! If you are having a weight loss problem or having messy life in general, this nice guide might be right for you. Guide you step by step on how to transform your life. Like: losing weight, sleeping better, the author provides an action plan as well. The most of tactics I knew it already, but sometimes you don't think even more about that. Thank you.

It's worth the listen.

Wanting to change for the better starts with yourself. The author did a good job giving the basics on how to simply be healthy starting at night. Eating slow and taking things slow is what I usually forget since I cram all other things I forgot during the day, which in turn, does not give me a healthy lifestyle. Want more tips? Grab a copy of the book. It's worth the listen.

I absolutely love how the author encourages!!

Because not everyone is a morning person, I loved it! not everything happens in the morning. I absolutely love how the author encourages her tips to realize how easy is to stay healthy by doing small but significant things to help healthy. I always loved to sleep... and I never knew the science behind it and how important it is for our bodies.

An excellent reminder of a healthy lifestyle!

An excellent reminder of a healthy lifestyle! I listen to morning habits and decided to listen to the evening habits as well. I'm a morning person, so the evening habits are harder for me. I think I will listen to this book several times. If you have picked up this book, you are probably into a healthy lifestyle already and have developed many of these habits previously. This is a good reminder that you are doing well and there are always a few more things you can add to your healthy life.

This is a great book for anyone!

This is a great book for anyone not only wanting to lose weight but anyone who wants to lead a healthy life. I found the habits nice and practical. It can help me feel be more productive.

I didn't get this for weight loss but for sleeping better and feeling more energetic in the morning. And despite much of it being on weight loss, many of the habits have to do with sleep and restoring energy. I will try out the tips and hopefully, they can help me feel be more productive during the day time.
