I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and was advised to use a CPAP machine, however I wanted to exhaust other methods before going down that route. I am so happy I found this audiobook, as it encourages taking a natural approach to managing sleep apnea. I'm now practicing the breathing exercises and have made the recommended holistic lifestyle changes,and I have definitely noticed a vast improvement in my sleep quality! I’d absolutely recommend this audiobook to anyone suffering from sleep apnea and looking for light at the end of the tunnel.
