Although I knew about the vagus nerve I hadn’t tackled how somatic therapy or heart rate variability plays into looking after our nerve and this, for me, was invaluable. It’s a well put together book that will help those new to the subject and those, like me, who are already familiar with it and I am so glad that I listened to it because I now have some exercises I can do. You won’t be disappointed.
Loved the structure and now I’ve got tools to use

Even though I already had some knowledge of the vagus nerve, I hadn’t really explored somatic therapy or heart rate variability before, so learning how these support nervous system health was incredibly helpful. The book is well structured and easy to follow, whether you’re completely new to the topic or already familiar with it. I’m really glad I listened, as I now have simple exercises I can actually use. Definitely worth it.
