Great Guide to Keto and Lots of Great Recipes

Simple Keto Diet was a great introduction to Keto. It explained in easy to understand language some of the benefits of and how ketogenesis works.
It provides a guide to planning your meals, some common pitfalls and what to do when you cheat – accidently or on purpose.
What’s more it provided many easy to prepare recipes that sounds delicious.
The narrator was clear, friendly and earnest. Excellent delivery of the material.
The audio book includes a PDF which has all of the recipes and instructions, so don’t worry about pausing and writing them all down.

Good Guide

This book gives a very basic explanation of Keto and a lot of great, easy prep recipes! We did the first week's meal plan and figured out what we did and did not like and easily exchanged our dislikes for other recipes in the book. Well-written

This book serves as a guide for a person who is beginning the ketogenic diet. I discovered that this diet requires your body to adjust to a few changes. The food recipes here are too easy to make and definitely can help avoid cravings and make it simpler to eat less. Overall, this is an excellent book. Its Good

The diet looks easy enough to follow for someone who eats meat. I am a strict vegan, so much of what is being shared will be hard to follow. I love this book.
