Really pleased books 2 and 3 are released now because the book ends not on a cliff hanger, but definetly makes you want more. My only real issue is that it gets very busy in the middle with event after event hitting the characters in quick sucsession. This was no doubt intentional as it helps give you the sense of constant danger the characters are under. It just gets a little exhausting to listen too. THe volume of technical readouts can becomes a little white noise like, but it's sci-fi, that sort of thing comes with the teritory.

All in all, another book i'll happily add to me re-listen list.

Can get busy at times but still an excellent read.

I liked the narration style. overall wxcellent but there were a few striking errors. The book must have a number of technical and engineering terms, but the narrator seemed unaware of their meanings. For example, saying "Emm three" for cubic metres felt wrong, as did "Emm Kay One Eyeball" for a Mk1 Eyeball (a natural human eye)..
These minor irritations aside, the various voices plus narration always sounded distinct and the delivery had intonation and emotion to suit the story.

Excellent listening
