I’m an emotional wreck
I just don’t know what to say. I’m addicted. I’ve done the first 4 books this week and my husband is about to leave me because I’m ignoring him. I just can’t take this emotional rollercoaster. I do want to slap Tory round the face 90% of the time though…get a grip woman!
Why isn’t book 5 on audible?! Sob.

This book honestly was just as savage the second time around thanks to the amazing narration! I laughed, cried and screamed at my phone on multiple occasions!

Most traumatic listen of the year!
Just when I think Shadow Princess can't be any more traumatic I listened to the audiobook and it proved me wrong. The skill of the narrators help you to really feel the emotion the characters are feeling which just makes the ending that much more emotional. Literally, I cried for so long after reading even though I understand Tory's choice damn does it still hurt!
Shadow Princess leave you feeling like you have had your heart cut out of your chest with a measly bread knife and no morphine! I was in bits, devastated, utterly heartbroken! Completely and irreparably destroyed.
The highlight definitely has to be the steamy springs scene we have all been waiting for as the sisters ramp up that tension to 1000 and the passion just explodes out. Max gets a bad case of Geraldine fever and who could blame him. She is exactly what he needs to keep him on his toes and make him work for her. Darcy and Orion's relationship progresses beautifully but with each book I anxiously wait for when the stars want to throw some drama there way.
The Twins finally go home to the palace for Christmas and learn more about their parents than ever but as always the Heirs are nearby to ruin everything! There's also some tension growing between Caleb and Darius as things heat up. As if the Twins don't have enough to be dealing with they now have the fifth element, the shadows to fight inside their own bodies. Although this brings the Twins, Lance and Darius closer its not enough.
The cameo we never knew we needed arrives as Gabriel enrolls to be a teacher at Zodiac taking his place as the Professor of the mystic arts and after all can there ever be a better teacher. I loved seeing him and getting hints into his life after Dark Fae and revealing more of his own past.
On another note I hate Lionel! I hate Seth! Seth was becoming a nice guy in the Reckoning and I loved his budding friendship with Darcy but now after what he does he is just irredeemable in my eyes now! And Lionel he is just the worst character I have ever read about and I sincerely hope he ideas a cruel and painfully death at the hands of our beautiful heroines. Despite all the emotional turmoil this is a must read for any book addict!

omg! one of the best books ever!
I wanted to laugh, cry.. everything! I lied awake until 7 in the morning listening, not able to turn the book off!
It makes me feel more than any other of the probably 50 books I've listened to the last year.
And the ending! OMG! I need to buy the next book NOW! no time for sleep.. 😅😍🤯❤️🍑🌨🔥💔💞

A heart grabbing story
Book 4 in the series . Like all books in the series, this book picks up where the last book ended. This story is a roller coaster of a listen. Darcy is put through a grinder , with so many ups and downs . This is where Diego reveals what is going on with his hat There is so many things going on , the twins going to the palace, Orion almost dying by his sister.
Bridget Bordeaux, and Jake Bordeaux performance is phenomenal, love how they bring you right into the book beside the characters.

love these books
so in love with darius lol. i do love these books and have grown so attached to them that im buying the paperbacks after reading on kindle so i can always have them at arms reach. just wish they were more accessible and there was more fan art. i have given 2 of the audios a good and if honest they could be a lot better but will stick with kindle from here on out with these. the voices i have for the characters are better anyway.
