This audiobook has a lot of value and the narration is beautiful. This audiobook helped me so much to really understand and discover where my anxiety is coming from. I had to sit with that for a while and let myself really feel it; without judgment. This audiobook helped me to stay in the moment and be gentle with myself. Its so hard trying to do it all and manage it all; this book gave me some simple steps that I can actually do that help me feel better and get my brain to stop racing. Great book!

there are so many self-help books that just reiterate the same stuff. this book is full of practical strategies. The author is a medical doctor but the book offers a truly holistic approach to mental health. Excellent.

One of the highlights of the guide for me was the section on self-compassion and inner critic work.
