Thoroughly enjoying

I am listening to this now for the second time. I refer back to chapters, constantly learning. I’ll also be ordering a paperback version as there is so much to use in this book. Highly recommend for those on a journey of change.

It's very well sound & Easy to understand!

This is one of the best audio-books about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety and Depression. It's very well sound & easy to understand. The author did an excellent job. I want to recommend that for Everyone!

Such An Important Audio Book!

The audiobook is extremely enlightening about the Valgus Nerve. It's outstanding amongst another audiobook for me. I am extremely dazzled with this audiobook since I know such a significant number of new things from this audiobook.

Helpful and easy to listen on Self-Confidence

Migraine Inducing Narration

I was really excited about this audible book until the narrator began talking, loud with poor quality recording.
Couldn’t get past the introduction.
