Summary

Survive the arena. Choose a Battle Bride. Master the lost art of cultivation.

They called me a savage, then threw me into the their cruel arena.
Instead of bleeding out on the sand like they hoped, I used the power of my gifted core to rise.

When I learned my enemies held a cure for the spreading plight of infertility, I knew why my gods had sent me.

I am Dagon Haldorson, hunter and Hearthman of the northern shores of Enea.
I will grow in strength, form alliances, and win the hearts of gorgeous battle brides.

And by uncovering the lost secrets of cultivation, we may go one step further.

Together, we might change the world.

(This book contains graphic violence, adult themes, and unconventional relationships.)

Good stuff

I’m usually not a fan of barbarian type MC’s since they tend to be more brawn than brains but I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised and glad I gave this one a chance. The MC is very much a warrior but isn’t an idiot, he is just out of his comfort zone but he is quick to learn. The ladies have their own unique stories and attitudes and aren’t there just to sleep with Mc.

Only a couple well done adult fun times and the rest are ftb type which is good since some books tend to overdo it. Narration is on point voices are all different and well done.

Looking forward to the next book.

Great start to a new series

I liked this book bc it was a little different from normal harem having a 39yr old protagonist and the storyline and progression was well planned out and flowed smoothly give it a try

Amazing series

Ok first of all, yes this is a harem book, but don’t be expecting the MC to start plowing everyone from page 2. This is a book of blood and bone that includes an aspect of harem. All of which is superbly done. I cannot stress enough how good this was.
Take a bad ass Viking and throw him in a gladiatorial ring where he can earn gold, power, and love, and that’s sorta what you got going on here. Excellent narration as well by both narrators. Give yourself a present and buy this book!
