Summary
Thirteen years ago someone did something very bad to Anna. Now it's her turn to get even.

Definitely worth a listen
A very good story, lots of twists and turns though I felt the ending could have been a bit better. Definitely worth a listen though!

Best audiobook I've listened to in a while. Great narration, great story and characters had real depth. Loved it.

Very sudden confusing ending
Still not sure how it ended. Had so much potential then ended too quick to work out who did what.

Ï read 'Blink'& I was a bit confused as to why it got such rave reviews... I gave it 3/5 & decided to try another by the same author. Again, despite the rave reviews, I just found it OK. I am not even sure why, for some reason it just didn't grip me & once again confused by the reviews I read vs the book I read.

Gripping
Had me engaged from the beginning - not all books can do that. there were moments when I was listening and shouting at the lead character whom I was convinced was loopy but the twist is great

Hmmmm not as good as I expected
have listened to The Marriage and Evidence which kept me constantly interested and expected this to be the same but sadly it wasnt. For me felt that it draggggged on too long..half way thro wanted to throw the towel in but didn't as a credit spent means I'll listen to the end.
know this is one of her earlier books so perhaps I'll opt for the more recent ones in future.

Another excellent who did what.
KL is such a good writer. The characters were great. Lucy is an excellent narrator. I listened to the whole story in one day. I’ve got a bit of a headache now but it was so worth it!
