I love the entire Game Changers series but it was so nice to revisit Troy & Harris this week! Their story is so filled with hope, accepting who you are, around family, and love, I absolutely recommend it to everyone (even if you haven’t read the rest of the series).

Nice story- not as exciting as some of the others in the series. Loved the premise but didn’t feel wholly authentic to the degree that warranted a 6 star review.
With regards the narration I liked it but not a huge fan of how the voice of Harris was depicted- sounded marginally effeminate for someone described as having a booming voice in the story.

Even though Heated Rivalry was the first book to introduce me to this series and I loved every bit of Shane and Ilya, I must say Role Model is my favourite of the series: Harris and Troy were great communicators despite the many hurdles, challenges and coming to terms with their identities. It’s well written and characters were well developed. Awesome narration. Reid is just awesome at her writing.

I enjoyed listening to this book. I enjoyed Heated Rivalry, which was an earlier book in the series, so I might get the other books in the series, too - but the reviews seem to be lower for those.
