Although I would recommend this book to men & women it is really nothing new. If you've been into personal development/growth and read other books on this topic you won't uncover any new and startling info here.

However, the info is presented in a very good way that really makes you think about what you've even accepting in life, while encouraging you to believe bigger.

All the info applies just as much to men as it does to women, so if your a male don't be put off by the fact that Amanda markets this to females.

The techniques work!!!!

My only gripe is Amanda's accent. She sounds like Alicia Silverstone in Clueless. It took me awhile to get the mental image of Cher Horowitz was sharing her story out of my head. Lol.

It's a small annoyance that is well offset by Cher's (sorry, Amanda's) excellent delivery of, what is, truly helpful information that will be life transforming IF you apply it.

She also adds things into the audio that are not in the printed version.
