Summary

Gets into Your Subconscious

Somehow, this audio gets into your psyche and makes a usually negative person more positive. Thought pattern changes definitely happen and it's miraculous.... it's a blessing.

I definitely feel the difference

What did you like best about this story?

Binaural beats have been proven to affect the mood and how you think. This audio book combines some of the most important aspects of changing how you think. It has music, soothing sounds, binaural beats, positive affirmations - it even has them divided up into daytime, nighttime and subliminal. I'm very impressed with this audio.

which part is which?

There is no guidance as to which chapters are listened to in self hypnosis, which before sleep. Also the "music" background is running water. There is no music.
This should be an excellent tool however the sloppiness of the presentation renders it useless. Don't waste money or credit on this book.

relaxing but missing a lot

not sure if it was intended but chapters 12 - 15 seem to be blank. other than that, it was relaxing.
