Bought the audio version which was great but I think the book version would be better as there is a lot of information that people would need to refer back to. I have studied level one reiki and the techniques I have been taught are a lot different to what is taught in this book so it’s hard to change what I am already being taught. Granted people are taught different ways and then you work out what is best for you. There are some good pieces of info at the beginning though.
