I have loved all the 'single dad playbook' stories, this one was lovely. The ending was perfect and will certainly listen to again. Again the narrators are great and enjoyed every minute I have listened.

Book three and it's just as good as the first two! Willow Aster has a knack for pulling me into her books. This is Rhodes and Elle and their friends to lovers story is impeccable. Friends through college they had a pact to be just friends. Now years later, Rhodes is fulfilling his dream of playing professional football and is single dad to Levi. Elle is a cheerleader for the team Rhodes plays for and also pens spicy novels with a pseudonym. There is a strict non-fraternizing clause in her cheerleading contract and this is killing her and Rhodes as she is a big part of his son's life as well as their own friendship. But does this keep the two from seeing each other? Elle and Rhodes had a truly beautiful friendship, though to me it was obvious their feelings for each other. It slowly burns and when it catches, it's fire! I loved their story, and especially Levi! So cute. It's a fun listen!

Sean Crisden and Angelina Rocca are the story tellers and these two know how to tell it! Crisden is Rhodes and he is sweet and sexy. And as a dad, he is perfect! Rocca is Elle, at times a bit clueless when it comes to Rhodes's feelings, but loyal and ready to fight for what is hers. I loved these two together, loved the way their voices complimented each other and truly enjoyed their narration.

This is the third book in The Single Dad Playbook series. I love this series. Rhodes and Ellie's story is beautifully written, sweet, passionate, and heartwarming. Rhodes son is adorable. I loved this friends to lovers romance. The supporting characters are great. Sean Crisden and Angelina Rocca did a great job bringing these characters, and this story to life. I enjoyed it.

I finished this book in 1 sitting I just could not put it down. The slow burn friends to lovers was done to perfection. I absolutely adore this Single Dad world, and each book is better than the last. Excited for more.

I loved the relationship between Rhodes and Elle and their commitment to their friendship. The secret that Elle is carrying around weighs heavily on her and that, combined with the order from the Mustangs of no-contact between cheerleaders and players is becoming 'the straw that broke the camels back'. Rhodes is suffering in his own way, His unrequited love for Elle is making him lose hope that they can ever move past their promise of friendship to more.
