After the dust settles, Jackson awakens to a world torn apart by his own actions.

Just when defending his homeworld seemed impossible, Jackson hatched a desperate, last-ditch plan with is CO: activate and launch highly experimental nuclear missiles contained in a nearby silo. Unfortunately, the missiles were far more effective and unstable than they could have imagined.

Waking up in a cavern, Jackson quickly realizes that the world around him has changed, and not for the better. Accompanied by his AI Raven and armed with strange new abilities, Jackson sets out through the wasteland to discover the truth of this new world and the fate of his old one.

Excepcional!

The story is all over the place. The MC has the mind of a rapist. In one chapter they go from bows and arrows to battle mechs with the ai getting a part human, part robot body... with no explanation on where the body parts came from, which is strange, as it was an issue (body parts) that mattered before...

The first few chapters were good. So that was a shame. The book just goes downhill from the middle.

Proper cringe fest
