About this listen

You can't have lasting, meaningful happiness unless you're willing to continually reinvent yourself. That reinvention must always start with challenging yourself. You essentially kill off the old you and create a new, improved version.

Happiness and prosperity are created by seeking out a continuous progression of escalating challenges - then doing the difficult work of trial, growth, and self-development to overcome them.

This means an exploration of the thoughts you have allowed yourself to be influenced by (whether consciously or subconsciously), the beliefs they caused you to develop, and then what results those beliefs have created.

Radical Rebirth is a wake-up call for anyone who wakes up one day to discover they don't really like (or actually hate) the person they've become. If you're experiencing "divine dissatisfaction" with your life - you're ready to create a new and better version of your life - this is the book you never knew you needed.

This is my first Randy Gage book and it did not disappoint. Some may find this book controversial! I would imagine the sometimes harsh truth of the world we live in and the reactions we take in response to the events in our lives isn't for everyone. However, I was ready to receive Randy's wise words, I personally found this book to be enlightening and inspiring. I found great joy in listening to Randy deliver his words and I feel better prepared moving forward for hearing it.

Controversial, but Brilliant!

I got a bit bored with examples of films & media I don't understand, either due to it being from before my time or for the American culture. I'm a female British -millenial.

Despite this mismatch with the author, Randy is entertaining &/ demonstrates his point really well.

I like the "infection" metaphor throughout the book as a biologist & environmental health practioner. I would have liked the book to be shorter &/less repetitive but the general style & entertainment factor was infectious. I listened in a binge style.

I will make you think & provide hope you can break the mindset you inherited from generations before & your culture & potentially end imposter syndrome.

The first chapters contain a lot of money mindset awareness. Deep fakes, the social dilemma, confirmation bias, marketing manipulation. If those things worry you, if you worry you're in the Matrix.. You are.

There's a bit of swearing & you may wish to stay in the matrix even by the end of the book but at leastnyou'll be choosing it. Pick & choose what you believe or allow in your mind... That's the point.

American e.g.s I don't know but he has a point!
