This book was pucking wild — heavy on the smut, light on the plot, but honestly? No complaints here 🔥 Tess had me HOWLING with the stuff she said to Ryan… she kept calling him puppy and it was so unhinged (and weirdly hot?) 🐶

Ryan = golden retriever energy to the max.
Tess = chaotic queen with zero filter.
Age gap, dirty talk, banter, and allll the spice? Yes, please 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

Listened on Audible 🎧 and it was a wild ride from start to finish.
Same 4⭐️ rating as the first Jacksonville Rays book! Purple TBR = officially tackled 💜📚

A spicy reverse age gap hockey romance.

Tess and Ryan's story is alternately frustrating and sweet.

This hockey romance was great. Tess is trying to survive her horrible abusive ex husband, trying to rebuild her self and confidence. She builds her self up with the help of friendship and unwavering love. I loved this book! Had my laughing and smiling. Her me tearing up at moments to some heartfelt moments. Ryan is the definition of best book boyfriend. And the spicy well damn it do be spicy 😜Most of all I loved that ending had my smiling like a damn fool and the retribution was 👌🏻 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻
