Really hilarious at times 😀the super MC had me laughing out loud especially with the added cape😀that said Violet and Alex were charming and the first part of their story had me intrigued right until the end. I've discovered a new author I love which is Always a plus !!!

I loved reading this on my Kindle so thought I'd try out the audio while driving instead of listening to music. Loved the female narrator as she really brought Vi to life and she gave Alex heart when voicing his dialogue in Vi's chapters. Wasn't such a fan of the guy voicing Alex as all dialogue moved very quickly so seemed a bit rushed. Enjoyed it overall tho as always with Helena's books.

Absolutely loved this book from the get go. Laugh out loud funny. Fantastic story. Super hot characters. Love sports books, and hockey is my most favourite. A super fun wonderfully sexy romance that I didn't want to end.

I found this book so funny and witty. It really was a great listen. I wouldn't normally choose a hockey story, but it was recommended to me, and I have to say it was a thoroughly enjoyable and engaging novel.

Violet is absolutely hilarious, she's a little hapless and has a way of saying the wrong thing in the wrong moment, while Alex was a steady, solid, persevering guy. I thought the author captured the chemistry between the characters perfectly, and I also loved some of the other secondary characters in the book. This audiobook was hot in places.

I thought Hunting's writing style was brilliant. It was really well observed, wry and downright funny in places. I also really enjoyed the dual narration. I thought the narrators were a brilliant pairing.

I definitely recommend to anyone wanting to read or listen to a rom-com.
