I find that generally when I fall asleep happy I also wake up happy. So I like to do my best to be in a positive mindset before bed. This book did just that. It left me feeling positive and I fell asleep with a smile on my face. And that made waking up in the morning much easier.

The affirmations on this book are great as they soothing and relaxing. This is great if you come home from a long day at work. This is a short listen, but filled with powerful affirmations to get your mind in the right zone as you fall asleep. Listening to positive affirmations as you fall asleep is a wonderful way of getting them to stick in your mind, and this was a great selection of affirmations to listen to over and over.

The narration was great, and this was a beautiful sleeping aid.
