I like the format of the book and that you can find the ingredients. My kids even have tried out a few. My favorites are the cauliflower tacos and the forbidden rice recipe. Going dairy-free is not hard.

Amazing

This book was amazing for making a simple, helpful, healthful, meal plan each week. The recipes are all pretty tasty and they make life easier by using leftovers for some of the following meals. The only draw back was that some ingredients/ingredient amounts were not properly listed in the weeks shopping list. They were not things that you could not by more of quickly if you needed to though. Over all an amazing book.

extraordinary book

Cool! The recipes are great for a minimalist cook wanting to use a simple amount of ingredients with a big flavor result. All of the menu items I’ve made so far from this book have been mind blowing. My gf and I have been so happy with the meals we’ve made.

mindblowing book

Turned off by the fact that the pages and images are NOT in color. I like pretty pictures, that’s my first step on deciding what to eat. If it looks healthy and pretty yummy, I want to eat it. If it looks grey, monochrome, lack of healthy colors I don’t want to eat it. For full transparency, haven’t tried any of the recipes yet.... I guess it does not excite me or motivate me to open it. :/
