I liked this Plant-Based book!

Really simple way to actually change life

I think the hardest part about switching up a diet is pushing through with willpower alone. I am so tired looking for the best diet for me Fortunately, making dietary and lifestyle changes can facilitate weight loss and have a lasting impact on health.

Good information!

One of the best audiobooks about food and nutrition that I’ve listen. Wouldn’t recommend blindly following all advice though as some aren’t as feasible for people who don’t enjoy Indian food in General. The Language is basic, so I think people would enjoy it.

Fine plant based diet audiobook!

Easy and fast recipes. Nice variety and clear instructions. The best part is that all the recipes I have tried thus far are delicious! It's easy to start a diet plan when you don't have to thinking about your meals. great!!!!

Again and again i listen it

Lovely! I liked the recipes in the book. Also, cooking tips in several sections were very useful. I wish there were more recipes, but the description was goof enough to follow through the steps. Well done! Great book!
