I listened to this during morning walks to help boost my mindset and it gave me some solid motivation. The second part really stood out with helpful tips on building self confidence in a real way. It made me think differently about how I carry myself and speak up more. The first part was pretty bold and direct which might not be for everyone but I found parts of it kind of funny and honest. Both narrators were clear and strong which kept me interested. It’s a mix of tough love and real advice that can stick with you.
