This book was so helpful to me. When I decided to try the aip paleo diet, I had already done a healing diet, and I knew they worked. I just needed to up my game. I didn’t need explanations or to be convinced. I just needed to get down to the nitty gritty. This book helped me so much get my mind around what I needed to do and how to do it. I found this book to be very interesting. I think it's a nice introduction to a way of eating healthy and getting away from so much processed food. This book has some good and easy recipes in it for those who don't know where to start on the Paleo Diet.

This book is great for beginners to Paleo! It not only contains enough recipes to get you started but its easy listening format explains the paleo benefits and gives weekly meal plans. I highly recommend it for anyone starting.

The Autoimmune Wellness book was quite detailed (a little too detailed in my mind) BUT the charts of foods allowed and other information were laid out MUCH better and more comprehensive (aesthetically). And the recipes in the Autoimmune Wellness book were very creative. So I will absolutely use both in tandem for my new adventure. Now off to find good cookbooks!
