I picked up this book for my husband. He approached Overthinking & Anxiety? Think AGAIN with skepticism, unsure if a book could truly help calm his racing thoughts and constant anxiety. Yet, from the first page, he felt an immediate connection to the practical and down-to-earth tone. For someone who often felt overwhelmed by stress, these steps brought a sense of clarity and structure.
For anyone skeptical about finding inner peace, he would confidently recommend

This book is a absolute must read for anyone feeling overwhelmed by the constant cycle of overthinking. Dean does a great job of providing practical, empowering, and actionable strategies that help you take control of your thoughts to find clarity amidst chaos. What I really took away from this was how effective the techniques are for tackling anxiety and negative mental patterns.
I appreciated how the book dove deep into the science behind to help us (the readers) understand why it happens and more importantly, how to break free from it. The section on dealing with ANTs (Automatic Negative Thoughts) was particularly eye opening and offered practical ways to shift to a more positive mindset. If you’re looking for a book that’ll help you to move from "mind full" to "mindful," this book is it for you. It’s a powerful tool for reclaiming peace, purpose, and balance in your life. Highly recommended!
