The first time I listened to this audio book I released a lot of negativity I had been holding onto for decades. The impact of the book was startling and surprising - I had not expected such a powerful response. My childhood had been very fearful and insecure and I had never really come to terms with it or released a lot of fear and terror.



I know this audio book has helped me move past the traumas I experienced, because the 2nd time I listened to it, my response was greatly reduced, though still I felt reassured and safe after listening. I think those people who wrote negative reviews must have not had much to release - which is actually a very nice situation to be in isn't it? I would probably be in that category now, thanks to Louise Hay's wonderful book. Her genuine love and care for others is obvious to me.

Wanted to download this to my phone, did so, but it won't play the file. Same on my laptop. What a waste of money. I'm not opening Audible every time I want to listen to it. Can't seem to find a refund button either!! What a shocker. Should have bought the CD
