Some great techniques for managing stress and helping to stop overthinking. We all stuffer from this at some point so this book is useful for all of us. It gives some great mindfulness practices as well as practices for mental clarity and promoting positive thoughts. Great book!

Helpful audiobook that provides useful strategies and insights to help you break free from negative thought patterns, especially if you consider yourself an overthinker as I do. I particularly liked the focus on self-care and the nature-based activities, which not only promote mental well-being but also encourage a deeper connection with oneself and the world around us. I love that it is very practical, and straight to the point, offering so many techniques for reducing stress, anxiety, and negative thinking. The journal prompts are really helpful to aid one in gaining clarity on their situation and make sure you take action, and not just read through the information.
