Had to slow down the narrator and found him super monotone. It was good for the sleep timer tho! Had a positive start but something desperately needed to happen for 7 hours

Normally the freebies are meh, this is much better. I listened to it over a few days. Disappointed now I've finished tbh. Normally supernatural stories are really bad, this is most definitely worth your time.

Really enjoyed everything about this. The story, albeit one based in familiar circumstances, was fresh enough and dark enough to hold my interest (wasn’t sure about having to listen the the newspaper articles at the beginning). The story was paced perfectly and I was hooked. The narration was superb and believable with enough subtleties to Joshua’s voice to be able to tell which character was which and there are a lot (30 plus) without being hammy. Loved his moments with the ‘Bone Man’, terrifying and I’m not easily scared even at 1am listening in the dark but got to admit was very affected by this voice even in daylight. The whole story was descriptive, riveting and finally utterly satisfying. I would love to be able to spend more time in this world but that’s just me being greedy.
