Summary
Dying isn't what it used to be.
Wes Cooper was dead. Then he wasn't-though he's not exactly alive, either. As they work together to track down the murderer before anyone else gets hurt, it becomes clear Wes and Hudson have unfinished business. And when a secret Hudson's been keeping threatens more than just their happiness, it might mean the end of their not-life together - permanently.

Awesome!
I found this series while looking for books narrated by Greg. I figured if he narrated it it couldn't be all that bad. I am SO glad I decided to try it! Jenn Burke has definitely become one of my one-click-buy authors. Now I just have to dig out my Kindle to read the novels not yet on audible. Awesome book!

What a gem!
New author for me...not sure how I found this book, but thank you to all the reviewers (you do a better job than me!) which really sold this. I took a punt, as I needed a book to listen to whilst travelling and because you can’t go wrong with narrator Greg Boudreaux, and bought this book. Wow! I absolutely loved the story which was well woven and gripping and the main characters, well, you’d really want them in your corner! Obviously this is just the beginning for this newly forged ‘family’ and I can’t wait for their next investigative adventure. In the mean time, I’m on the hunt for more from Jenn Burke!

tasteless
some books need warnings. "tasteless sexual situations, demeaning and abusive language mistaken as 'romantic'." i regret buying this book.

Very irritating main protagonist
The story was ok, I had no idea why people were so loyal to the main character though, he was so irritatingly immature and selfish. It was a bit of an endurance to finish to be honest.
