One of the cruelest jokes the world played on itself was turning a monster into a civilized man. That’s how Ben Styke sees it, anyway. I didn’t expect this book to be such a lovely short story, especially with Ben styke in it. Usually, anything involving Ben means you’re getting a mad angry man ready to cause chaos, but this time he’s an old geezer, and I honestly loved that.

I was completely blindsided by this release, but in the best way. It was short, enjoyable, and really nice suprise. Brian gave us a version of Ben I didn’t expect to see, while still keeeping the charm of the character

This is a fantastic and epilogue of the trio of great characters from the prevouse trilogy, Ben Styke was a fantastic return with just enough mysteries to keep us thinking. This is very personnal I just wanted to know more with more questions answered the hints we got were great and I really wish this could lead to more, perhaps a short story for Michel and Vlora?
