Empowering!

I should start by saying I listened to this audiobook from start to finish in a manor, not necessarily ideal for this sort of book. I think, as recommended by the author, it should be dipped into morning and evening, and any time in between when you need a little boost. Despite how I listened to the audiobook, I felt energized, empowered, and overall, positive! It is a gem of a book that is bound to make you feel wonderful about yourself and your choices and, I can imagine, that will only get better with regular listening!.

Nice collection of affirmations

The first few chapters are morning affirmations. The last few chapters are for bedtime. I enjoyed the collection. It was a little difficult in the audiobook format. Maybe there is a way to bookmark? That would make it easier to go between chapters in the morning & night. Recommend if you need some positivity!
