when secrets are kept, they multiply the pain.
How does Carrie Ann Ryan manage to get so much emotion out of me when I have a heart of stone?
She's a magician. Her characters and storylines rip your soul apart and then gently stitches you back together

Wilder cousins
Wilder brothers book 7 by Carrie Ann Ryan
Absolutely love this book. This one is about Ridge which is a cousin of the Wilder brothers and I like that one now expanding into the cousins which is what Carrie Ann Ryan has done with previous books like the Montgomery‘s absolutely love this big family feel to these books as I come from a big family, really find it nostalgic. Been listening to the audiobook and it is absolutely fantastic. The narrator does a beautiful job doing both sides of it.
This book has heartbreaking back stories for the main characters but love that they can understand each other and move forward together.

Aurora and Ridge!
Aurora is still trying to heal from the tragic death of her husband where she not only lost him, but she lost her job and his family as well. When she sees a post where a woman desperately needs a wedding dress she is emotionally moved and decides to offer her wedding dress and finds not only a job but people and a place to call home.
Ridge has a devastating loss of his own however he has been unable to share what happened with those he is closest to. When he meets Aurora, he senses a kindred soul and he wants to help her make peace with her past but he never expected that she would allow him to make peace with his own.
The devastating losses that both Aurora and Ridge were dealt were difficult enough but when they find themselves estranged from the people who should have been there for them it only makes it more painful. They understand, support and give each other hope for the future. The narrators managed to portray both the depth of emotions and the love they shared both through the good times and the not so good times.

All the stars
To say that this one deserves all the stars is an understatement. The story flows so well and the emotion of the back story will ensure that you need tissues but there is also this beautiful feeling of family but found and real that made my enjoyment of this so much more. I loved the twists and the turns that this one followed and I just could not pause this one. I have loved each and everyone of the books in this series and this book was just perfect.
The narration on this one was perfect and i was able to tell each character easily, it also gave so much depth to the characters which heightened my enjoyment of the book.

Ridge and Aurora 💝
The Wilder brothers is getting more and more interesting. Ridge comes to work with the Wilders on the security side. Aurora ends up at the retreat and as a pastry chef fits perfectly. It felt so good to read these two healing each other from their past traumas. It’s such a big coincidence they both lost a loved one. It was a lovely listen! 🎧

A gem!
Moments for You is the first title in the Wilder cousins spin off series and what a gem it is!
I mean.. individually this couple needs some good in their lives, seriously! Life has dealt them both blows that I cannot comprehend and each day they get up and do 'it' all over again... survive!
The story of Ridge and Aurora is so emotionally beautiful. How they find each other and grasp on to shreds of happiness is a testament to the writing of Carrie Ann Ryan.
A beautiful 'second chance at love' story that will test every emotion and will have you cheering this lovely couple on to bigger and better things.
