However, more than that, it provides great ideas when in social situations to be able to still participate in a night out with friends without having to have alcohol, or if you're wanting to cut back on your alcohol consumption. It will teach the importance of how alcohol affects the body, your sleep patterns, and even your moods. If you're struggling with poor health or just really need to cut back, these recipes are a great alternative at home and out. Many places, from bars and restaurants to even cruise ships, are providing menus with these alternatives. Highly Recommended.

I decided to give this a listen because I wanted to try a dry month but was worried I would feel left out at social events.
