I couldn't agree more!

What a wonderful, wonderful book. I adore Miriam Margolyes. Her outspoken, forthright, zero filter, no nonsense character married with impish naughtiness, wonderful sense of humour and deep kindness shines throughout this book, delivering a very important message; we cannot let fascism win! We cannot allow the mistakes of the past to be repeated in our present day! We simply CANNOT!!!

MM is like Marmite. I love her. Having seen her on stage last week and laughed until I hurt, I had to read the book of the ‘film.’ She is like me - tell it like it is and forget filters. It was full of history, facts, opinions, politics and most of all, laughter. Read it, think about it and learn about this wonderful and witty woman.

I always feel safe when listening to you and your stories (the jokes are a bonus!). I often listen to audio books and dread a terrible narration (constant downward inflections are my least favourite!)
