kept me sane

loved this and didn't expect to but the words resonated so much and it just took the edge off of difficult days where I was struggling. practical and not preachy. I have dipped on and out all year thank you.

Great reminders and inspirational tips

I loved the new ideas I haven't come across in mindfulness for mysrlf but have been wanting to introduce it to my 3 year old daughter for a while now. Thanks to this book I now have a few more tools in my box to use ☺️ thank you

A wonderful book!

I so enjoyed listening to this book by Izzy, it’s full of great ideas for mindfulness that we can do with our children and alone. Her voice is so soothing and easy to listen to. I would definitely recommend this book to mums and look forward to coming back to it again and again.
