It has the BEST guided meditation I've ever had the privilege to experience.
Those who find meditation difficult will not with this as it's as easy as breathing.
No matter how stressed or anxious you are, when you listen to this you will feel the weight lifted off you and taken away.
It's hard not to fall asleep it's that peaceful and calming.
I woke up with my physical pain levels almost melted away.
I cannot remember feeling such a deep levels of calm.
Do not listen to this while driving or needing to drive soon after.
I was left feeling deeply over relaxed, my body felt floppy with no tension in it.

It is a shame that chapter 2 is not split into more chapters so that it is easily possible to get to the particular meditation practices without having to create bookmarks.Otherwise a very good book
