    This is my first book for Jon Kabat-Zin
    I really enjoyed it, very good introduction to mindfulness , I liked its short and to the point. His voice is comforting and while it's not a life changer but it surly made me think

    This book is great to listen to - one I'm sure I'll listen to again and again. Jon's narrative is superb. I have done meditation before and explored mindfulness and loving kindness. This introduction will help anyone with further understanding or re-aligning. Sometimes the prose can be a bit wordy and reduce full understanding on the first listen. But you can skip back 30 secs to hear it again - if it doesn't make sense
