Useful book

A good follow on to the Mindful Hypnobirthing book. I read this in the first few weeks of motherhood, but it would have been better to read towards the end of the pregnancy. lots of tracks available with it on the Penguin site but no bonus tracks like in the other audiobook. There are helpful tips and its reassuring about all the mix of emotions in the early days and lots of strategies to help you through. The bits on recovery from labour and coping with crying are particularly useful.

Great book

This book really helped me during my fourth trimester. Usually authors don’t make great narrators but this author did a great job. I would recommend a pdf with the exercises for the audiobook.
