I really liked this book and have integrated 10 mins of meditation into my mornings, after many failed attempts over the years. I loved the Irish humour and the practical down to earth approach which explained the benefits of meditation and how to do it, without the mysticism or spiritual culture that can often accompany the practice. I'm feeling improvements to my mood and stress levels and would recommend this book to everyone.

Such a laugh which in its self is therapeutic, I really enjoyed this! It just makes meditation normal, for Ireland anyways! Had some really nice tips and insights on how to live life!
