Beneficial Mentally and Physically

I purchased this for someone else, but also wanted to understand the benefits of the practices in this book. The ideas of focus, relaxation, and calming the mind are invaluable. The practices in the book are clear and focused, yet simple to do. I let the recipient of the book know that these mantras would be a great approach for her. The positive feelings and effects she agreed can be immediate and dramatic.

Menopause Meditations

I enjoyed learning about what mantras and mudras are and how they can help with menopause symptoms. There are plenty of practices, each with a different goal and which only take a few minutes of your day. The bonus meditations were welcomed so I will try India Greene’s first book “Menopause Meditations “

“Did not disappoint”

This is already the second purchase I have made from this author. Of course, this book was for my lovely aunt. She is very pleased and highly recommends this one! Very calming and inspirational, she said. In turn, it encouraged her to take care of her body and become more in tune with it, which boosted her lost self-confidence.

Lovely!

After listening to this Audiobook I felt very grounded and at peace. The mantras in conjunction with the mudras also helped remove any brain fog that I was dealing with. The mantras found in this book are very relaxing to hear and repeat, which is complimented by the narrator’s voice. There are a lot of changes that come with menopause, both mentally and physically. I can definitely see how this audiobook can help any woman adjust to these changes.

Beautiful psychology

This audiobook beautifully picks up the more devastating psychological responses to the symptoms of menopause. Meditations are provided to achieve clarity with one's emotions and be able to look forward to the future. The subtitle is well chosen. The meditations certainly enable moments to breathe and reflect. They also emphasize self-forgiveness, and that one is certainly not to be blamed for what one is going through.

really beneficial !!

I was eager to purchase this new audiobook after seeing the wonderful benefits of India Greene's "Menopause Meditations" audiobook on my mother, and it has once again shown to be a very valuable buy for her. Listening to the mantras, mudras, and affirmations while enjoying the relaxing background music is wonderfully peaceful and enjoyable. I heartily suggest this audiobook if you need help recovering your equilibrium since menopause may leave you feeling wholly unbalanced and out of alignment.

Refreshing!

My husband actually introduced me to this audiobook and after a couple of days trying it, I actually feel refreshed. I've learned about mudras and I love the mantras. The background and the voice combination is so calming to the spirit and helps a lot with the meditation. Menopause is not easy and I can say that this is really helpful for me and I will continue doing this.

My wife found this useful

My wife uses my account and found the mantras and mudras really useful for her while she is going through her menopause. She particularly liked the Bonus meditation 1 which she found really soothing and affirming. Highly recommended.

Very Calming!

This is the second audiobook I've gotten from this author because my mother loved the first book, " Menopause Meditation," so much that I had to get this or her to continue self-healing. The exercises are efficient and calming.
