Mediterranean Diet for Beginners

Well done first of all! This is an excellent cookbook. Most of the recipes are easy to prepare and very tasty. I especially liked the fish and seafood recipes. There are a lot of pasta dishes which if, for people like me, you cannot eat freely, you can still enjoy all these dishes by using alternative noodles. I especially liked the first chapter which spells out how to put the meals together. I want to say thank you !

Interesting concept

Being interested in Mediterranean Diet I listened to the audio book. It had a lot of interesting and hepfull facts along with a ton of recipes to follow. The narrator did a wonderful job of walking through the recipes and instructions but I still found it helpful to have the e-book for reference also.

This book was provided free of charge with the expectation of an honest review.

Mediterranean Diet for Beginners

Great cookbook with tons of recipes. I am vegetarian, and this book has a lot of great vegetarian recipes. There are also a lot of seafood recipes and some meat ones too. The book is lightweight, and the recipes are easy and delicious. Good and nice!

Easy book to use to start Mediterranean diet just like the title says! Meal plans and tasty simple recipes. I really appreciate that many recipes are for two servings instead of four. No pictures but doesn't bother me! That's amazing and beautiful!

Best recipes guide

I have found the recipes to be filling, and I feel great. Also, each recipe has nutritional information. Thank you for a great book to improve my overall health. This is a very comprehensive eating and exercise plan based on the Mediterranean diet. I have started the plan this week. Very practical guide to Mediterranean eating.

Very tasty dishes

This book is amazing. The food had been delicious and healthy! It takes a very realistic approach to eating properly. I've made a few recipes and they are great tasting. Yes, a few recipes have high sodium but most don't. And it has the nutritional values listed which some books don't have. It's definitely a keeper. Lovely!
